Once we have created that you can use this video on inexpensive cable TV ad spots (i.e. as low as $5 per placement – including zip code targeting) as well as append them to the end of all virtual tour videos. To edit a video like this we charge $85. That includes assisting you in editing the script. Upload the video footage to dropbox.com as well as any artwork or additional footage and animations that you want appended. You provide the rough script. We edit the script to go with the video. Then we record this with a professional voice over artist and edit everything together into a slick video. Once it is edited we will upload this to your personal youtube.com account. We will also create a non branded version for free if necessary and upload that to an unbranded youtube.com account to suite your MLS regulations. As a special we will also create a chrome aftereffects logo animation like you see at the end of the video as well as a for sale or for rent flag animation that you see at the beginning of the video for free the first time you order with us. Also you if you prepay for 10 videos we will discount this to $75 per video and if you order 5 videos we will discount this to $80 per video.
We can also send a professional out to video your property. The cost for this varies depending on the property location and size of home. We are happy to give package quotes for various services depending on your location and needs including lower end videos with out voice overs and with out animations.
